Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Marcel Cerdan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Keast Kann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cerdan comes to the cage accompanied by French National Anthem. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
20 - 8 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Marcel Cerdan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
20 - 16 - 1, fighting out of London, Keast Kann! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Richard Clark and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cerdan throws out a token jab with nothing on it. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kann is defended easily by Cerdan. Kann misses with a series of wild punches.
Kann throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Cerdan connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Keast Kann seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Cerdan just misses with a punch to the body.
Kann looking to score a takedown here. Cerdan is defending well but Kann drives through and ends up in Cerdan's guard. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kann accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kann distracts Cerdan with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Cerdan wants to stand and escape but Kann is having none of it. Kann loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Cerdan knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kann on the ground. Cerdan is looking to stand up but Kann isn't so interested in that idea. Kann throwing strikes but missing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kann is looking to work some ground and pound but Cerdan has wrist control. Kann throws a big elbow that misses. Kann has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Kann stands and throws Cerdan's legs to the side, diving into side control. Cerdan is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Kann asserts his dominance and retains side control. Cerdan tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Kann wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Kann lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Kann is trying to get an arm triangle but Cerdan is defending well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kann looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cerdan is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Cerdan takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Cerdan is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Kann is controlling him well. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kann is trying to get an arm triangle but Cerdan is defending well. Kann sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Cerdan is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kann is working to tighten is grip on Cerdan's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Cerdan has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Kann is really squeezing tight and eventually Cerdan passes out! Kann breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
