Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tappa Kappa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rob Hughes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tappa Kappa! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rob Hughes! The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Columbo Gatti and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kappa wants to clinch. Hughes checks a low kick from Kappa. Kappa is looking to clinch but Hughes is avoiding it.
Hughes shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Hughes showed some decent athleticism there. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Kappa is looking to escape. Hughes works his way into full mount! Hughes landing strikes from the mount. The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Kappa tries to clinch up but Hughes circles away and keeps his distance.
