Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dusty Adamek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kaname Tosen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Dusty Adamek has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Dusty Adamek seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dusty Adamek! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kaname Tosen! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Some bone on bone action there as Tosen checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Tosen tries to land a front kick but Adamek steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Tosen connects with a solid leg kick. Tosen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Adamek ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Tosen lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Tosen tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Adamek misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Tosen scoring well with a low kick there.
Adamek shoots in looking for a takedown. Tosen tries to sprawl out of it but Adamek keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Tosen manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Adamek throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
That's one minute gone in the round. Adamek drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Adamek has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Tosen. Tosen shoots in for a takedown but Adamek shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Tosen. Tosen takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Adamek uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Tosen. Tosen misses with an uppercut. Adamek saw that one coming. Adamek misses with a double jab
and Tosen counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Tosen fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Adamek avoids it really well and circles away. Tosen scores with a punch to the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tosen doesn't manage to clinch there - Adamek circles away.
Tosen takes the fight into the clinch. Adamek wants to get back to striking at distance but Tosen won't allow it.
Tosen tries to work over Adamek's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Adamek is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Tosen gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A frustrated look appears on Adamek's face as he tries to break the clinch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Adamek blocks a body shot from Tosen. Tosen has clasped his hands together around Adamek's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Adamek tries to buck Tosen off but Tosen is having none of it. Tosen misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Adamek is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Tosen off and has taken his back! Tosen showing good submission defense here.
Adamek doesn't have the hooks in and Tosen manages to turn into his guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Tosen missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Adamek wants to sweep but no luck. Tosen's corner is telling him to maintain position. Tosen lands a couple of elbows. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Tosen not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Adamek avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Tosen postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Tosen throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Adamek works some decent striking defense from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Kaname Tosen dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Adamek tries to keep at a distance but Tosen has taken the fight into the clinch. Tosen goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Tosen pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Tosen thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Adamek if he has to take too many more of those.
Tosen darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Adamek is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Tosen scores with a couple of nice shots. Tosen working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tosen is taking a breather. Adamek says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Adamek looks like he's trying to stand up.
Tosen misses with a head shot. Adamek uses the momentum to regain guard. Adamek bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Tosen's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tosen is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Adamek trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Tosen wants to sweep here but Adamek controlling him for the moment. Tosen looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Tosen had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Adamek defends it easily. Adamek missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Tosen trying to keep a closed guard but Adamek is proving a slippery customer.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tosen working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Adamek. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Adamek trying to control the position from guard on top but Tosen is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Tosen is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Adamek defends well. Adamek trying to control but Tosen is working from the bottom. Adamek working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Adamek postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Tosen is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Adamek, into his guard. Tosen working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tosen throws a big right hand that misses. Tosen not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Tosen has gone for a leg lock! Adamek slips out almost immediately though and dives into Tosen's guard. Tosen has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Adamek accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Tosen escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Adamek gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Tosen is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Adamek rolls with it to try and escape but Tosen cranks on the arm and Adamek is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
