Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between haki zavos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and S S (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). S has chosen Atmos Ride the Flow(Nelix rmx) as his entrance music. S S has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Paul Tew and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
zavos scores with a takedown into S's guard.
S lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for zavos!
zavos flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
S wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it.
zavos has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
zavos tries to reverse the position but S maintains control.
zavos is working hard here to advance position.
zavos might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
S tries to control but zavos wriggling away.
zavos is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
S is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But zavos has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from zavos!

S working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. zavos doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. zavos manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and zavos counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by zavos.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round but I would say that haki zavos will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

S isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. zavos stacks S on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by zavos!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
S wants to sweep but no luck.
S S has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
S looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but zavos puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

S strikes from the bottom but zavos uses the opportunity to move to side control.
And that's the end of the fight!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for zavos, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
