Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Junior War Horse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leonardo Vanprado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Junior War Horse! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Leonardo Vanprado! The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Edson Gomes and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! War Horse shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Vanprado counters with a stiff right hand. A telegraphed takedown attempt from War Horse is defended easily by Vanprado. Horrible takedown by War Horse or perhaps it was just good defense by Vanprado which made him look bad. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Junior War Horse. That's going to take a lot out of him. War Horse wants to clinch and Vanprado counters with a lovely straight right hand! War Horse tries a head kick but it misses.
Vanprado pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. War Horse has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Vanprado. Jab by Vanprado. Vanprado scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
It looks like Junior War Horse has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! War Horse bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. War Horse has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Vanprado is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. War Horse yanks on the arm and Vanprado is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by War Horse.
