The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Samsona shoots in and gets a takedown into Mckethan's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Samsona postures up and lands a big shot to Mckethan's brow.
Samsona wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Mckethan's closed guard. He's half up but Mckethan has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Mckethan pivots and extends the arm, Samsona falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Mckethan! Well done that man!
