Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Sparka Man (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anthony Pettis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

14 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Anthony Pettis! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Nard Betker and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pettis shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Man as he avoids it easily. Pettis walks forward, straight into a front kick from Man. Man avoids the body shot from Pettis.
Pettis misses with a hook to the body
and Man counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Pettis on the wrong end of a nice hook. Pettis has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Man. Pettis looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Man swings for the body but Pettis moves out of range.
Man lands with a hook. Pettis tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Man scores with a kick to the body.
Pettis stuns Man with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Man tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Pettis was well out of range. Poor timing from Man. Man connects with a leg kick. Pettis looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Man keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Man thuds a left hand into Pettis's body. Oooooh!!! Man has knocked Pettis down with a huge combo! Man steps away and waves a wobbly Pettis back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Anthony Pettis has been cut. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A shot to the liver by Man. Beautiful body shot. Pettis is still on wobbly legs! Can Man finish him? Pettis looks winded! Man jabs Pettis to the body, keeping him at a distance. Pettis seems to have recovered his senses. Man lands with a thumping leg kick.
Man is looking to wear down Pettis with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Pettis misses with a wild body shot. Man with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

Man throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Man moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Man throws a front kick that sends Pettis stumbling back into the cage. Pettis has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Man. Man swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Pettis. Man lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Man lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Man lands with a thumping leg kick.
Man cracks the inside of Pettis's front leg. Man scores with a kick to the midsection. Man fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Pettis has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Man works Pettis's body with a nice hook. Thud! ouch! good body kick from Man - that will leave a mark!
Man lands a nice looking kick to the body. Pettis takes a step back to recover. A shot to the liver by Man. Beautiful body shot. Man paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. A shot to the liver by Man. Beautiful body shot. Man keeps Pettis at a distance using the push kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Man lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Man buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Pettis on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Pettis's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. A left lands for Man. Pettis misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Man.
Jab from Man. BOOM! Man lands a beautiful left hook that drops Pettis. Pettis tries to recover but Man is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Pettis lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sparka Man! In his post fight interview, Sparka Man started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
