Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yukihiro Yamamoto.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tate thows a body shot but no joy.
Jeff Macwin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Macwin connects with a body shot that sends Tate's belly button to the back.
Tate staying out of range there.
Good exchange - Macwin coming out on top.
Macwin misses with a double jab.
Macwin lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Macwin tests Tate's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Tate loads up on a big right hand but Macwin slips the punch.
Tate misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Macwin misses with an uppercut.
Tate ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Macwin takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Macwin throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Tate on the side of the head.

Tate rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Macwin moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Tate throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Tate moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

Macwin lands with a hook. Tate tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Tate cracks Macwin with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Tate lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Macwin circles away quickly and effectively.
A combination from Macwin does no damage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Tate feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Macwins jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Tate cracks Macwin with an open hand slap.

Oh Macwin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Tate throws a right and a left that both miss.
Tate misses with the combination.
Tate throws a series of punches but Macwin moves out of range.

Macwin seems to have got his legs back now.
Tate drops his hands momentarily and Macwin takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Tate gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Macwin gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Tate is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!

Jeff Macwin tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
