Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ari Harry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Trygve Bondevik (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Harry has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Ari Harry had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Ari Harry! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Trygve Bondevik! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Chris Edwards and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bondevik shoots in and bounces Harry off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Harry working for a triangle but Bondevik defends it easily.
Harry is breathing heavily. Bondevik content to stall in guard here. Bondevik is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Bondevik is stalling in the full guard. Bondevik stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Harry swivels though and keeps the full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bondevik preventing the sweep. Harry being controlled here, momentarily. Bondevik is pushing down on Harry's leg trying to pass to half guard. Harry is fighting to maintain full guard but Bondevik has managed to sneak the leg through. Bondevik sitting and controlling from the half guard. Bondevik is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Harry trying to control but Bondevik postures up.
Bondevik perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Bondevik's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Trygve Bondevik. Harry tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Bondevik manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Bondevik clinches up with Harry and pushes him back against the cage. A knee to the head by Bondevik.
It looks like Ari Harry has been cut. Bondevik is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Bondevik manages to pull guard.
Bondevik is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Bondevik manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Bondevik content just to control the position here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bondevik is standing up, even though he is in mount. Bondevik rushes Harry and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. The referee is keeping an eye on Bondevik - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Harry takes a knee right on the jaw!
Bondevik has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Harry is trying to keep an underhook but Bondevik manages to get the takedown into half guard. Bondevik wants to work for an arm triangle but Harry is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Bondevik decides to return to a standing position. Bondevik shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Bondevik sitting in guard here, content to control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bondevik stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Harry swivels though and keeps the full guard. Bondevik seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
The ref stands the fighters back up. Trygve Bondevik was stalling too much, according to the referee. Bondevik forces Harry back against the cage and clinches. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Bondevik has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Harry is trying to keep an underhook but Bondevik manages to get the takedown into half guard. Harry tries to get to full guard but Bondevik has control of the leg. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Trygve Bondevik dominated that round. The cut man is working on Ari Harry's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Bondevik instigates a clinch. Bondevik turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Bondevik manages to end up in side control. Bondevik is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Harry is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Bondevik is trying to get an arm triangle but Harry is defending well. Bondevik is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Harry knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Harry tries to bench press Bondevik off him but Bondevik keeps the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bondevik is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Bondevik looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Bondevik controlling the position. Harry is looking for a sweep. Bondevik has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Bondevik tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Bondevik has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Bondevik wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Harry, who protects the arm well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bondevik takes a little break here. Harry wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. Bondevik is looking to take a break and control but Harry is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Bondevik taking a breather here. Bondevik thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bondevik decides to take the fight back to the feet. Bondevik wants to clinch. Bondevik gets in close and instigates a clinch. Bondevik gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Bondevik is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Harry has managed to free his arm - good work. Bondevik is working for a kimura but Harry is defending it quite comfortably.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Harry tries to roll over but Bondevik keeps him under control. Harry is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Bondevik pulls his head out easily. Bondevik seems to be working for a kimura but Harry defends the submission attempt. Bondevik works his way into side control. This has been an exciting period of action! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Bondevik looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Trygve Bondevik showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Ari Harry's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
Bondevik closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Bondevik lands in his opponent's guard. Bondevik sitting in guard here, content to control. Harry doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Harry manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Harry really wants to buck Bondevik off and get back to his feet. Ari Harry has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bondevik tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Bondevik is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Harry is surviving well by controlling Bondevik's body position as best he can. Bondevik takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Harry tries to reverse the position but Bondevik maintains control. Bondevik wants to finish this one by submission but Harry is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Bondevik. Bondevik controlling his opponent. Bondevik looking for a guillotine from mount but Harry is having none of it. Trygve Bondevik is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Bondevik is working for a guillotine from mount but Harry frees his head quite easily.
And that's the end of the fight! Trygve Bondevik comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Bondevik has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
