Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ronald Chevalier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Vaughn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vaughn has chosen Walking Tall as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ronald Chevalier! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Chris Vaughn! The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Trevor Gratis and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A shot to the liver by Vaughn. Beautiful body shot. Chevalier falls off balance throwing a combination
and Vaughn counters with a three punch combo that has Chevalier backing up. Chevalier nods at Vaughn to acknowledge the strikes. Chevalier tries to bum rush Vaughn with a series of wild strikes but Vaughn uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Chevalier slips a jab and a cross from Vaughn.
Chevalier misses with an uppercut. The fighters circle momentarily. Chevalier darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Vaughn throws a body punch but Chevalier moves out of range. Chevalier pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Vaughn back to the cage. Chevalier follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
It looks like Chris Vaughn has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Chevalier throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Vaughn misses the shot to the body. Vaughn throws a jab but it's blocked by Chevalier. Vaughn tries a low kick but Chevalier avoids it. Vaughn throws a right and a left that both miss. Vaughn avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Chevalier with a nice cross. A swing and a miss from Vaughn. Vaughn looks to score with a jab to the body but Chevalier is just out of range. Vaughn slips a jab and a cross from Chevalier.
That's one minute gone in the round. Vaughn is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Chevalier. Vaughn looks to land a combination. Chevalier sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Vaughn takes a jab right on the kisser.
Chevalier defending well as Vaughn loads up on a big left hand. A looping hook to the body misses from Chevalier. Vaughn does a little dance to reset his feet. Vaughn fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Chevalier manages to avoid it. Vaughn throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Chevalier checks a leg kick nicely. Vaughn misses with the combination.
Vaughn throws a poor cross that misses
and Chevalier counters with a two punch combo. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Chevalier takes a swing at Vaughn's ribcage but misses. Chevalier loads up on a big right hand but Vaughn slips the punch. Chevalier misses with a few strikes there.
Vaughn throws a leg kick that misses. Vaughn shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Chevalier eats them both and turns towards Vaughn to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
It looks like Ronald Chevalier has been cut. Vaughn uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Chevalier. Vaughn fails to land with a series of punches.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Vaughn throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Chevalier colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Vaughn as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Chevalier is left battered and dazed whilst Vaughn and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chris Vaughn! Chris Vaughn tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
