Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nino Blaze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Abrams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Blaze might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Pendulum - Slam. Abrams comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Kreator - Violent Revolution kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Abrams tries to clinch but Blaze moves out of range.
A low kick from Blaze is predictable there
and Abrams counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Abrams takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Abrams throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Blaze lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Abrams circles away quickly and effectively.
Blaze misses the shot to the body.
Blaze finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

Abrams closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Abrams is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Blaze knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Nino Blaze decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
