The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Branch looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Branch drives through with a takedown into guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Branch has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Trindade to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Branch is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Trindade pulls down on the head and he's put Branch to sleep! This one is all over!
