Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matt Crimson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Icarus Ritter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Icarus Ritter! The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Franklyn Lucas and Reed Andrews.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ritter sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Crimson on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Ritter. Ritter obviously looking to wear him down.
Ritter has closed the distance and engaged Crimson in a clinch.
Ritter gets through Crimson's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Ritter working Crimson over with knees to the body. Crimson is breathing heavily. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Ritter scores a nice knee to the body.

This has been an exciting period of action! Ritter manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

Ritter breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ritter gets in close and tags Crimson with a short punch that almost sends Crimson to the mat! Oh Crimson is in big trouble! He turns his back on Ritter, trying to create some distance but Ritter rushes him, striking wildly and Crimson goes down! The referee tackles Ritter into the cage to end the fight! Ritter is one violent man!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Icarus Ritter! Icarus Ritter decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
