Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

11 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Devin Houle!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, George Francis and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Labra throws a good cross that connects.
Devin Houle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Houle.
Labra moves into the clinch.
Labra scores a nice knee to the body.
Houle takes a knee to the side of the body.
Houle fails to pull guard.
Labra lands a knee to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A quick uppercut on the inside from Labra.
Labra scores with a hook to the body.
Labra unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Houle drops down looking for an ankle pick but Labra pulls his leg out and moves away.
Berting Labra has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Devin Houle.
Houle tries for a takedown but Labra circles away easily
and Labra counters with a nice body shot.
Houle looks winded!
Labra fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Houle, pushing him back against the cage.
Houle jumps guard but Labra stands there with Houle around his waist. Houle gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Labra lands with a light punch inside.
Labra is defending well against a takedown attempt.

Houle tries to pull guard but Labra holds him up against the cage and eventually Houle drops back down to his feet.
Labra prevents a takedown attempt there.
Labra breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Houle drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
That kick from Labra tenderised Houle's leg. Houle is trying to keep his angry face on.
Labra's corner calls for a 1-2. Labra obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Labra cracks Houle with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Labra moves into range and clinches up with Houle.
Labra stalling the fight.
Labra creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Houle's defenses.
Labra utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body.
Labra putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Houle in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
Labra pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Oooooh!!! Labra has knocked Houle down with a huge combo! Labra steps away and waves a wobbly Houle back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
It looks like Devin Houle has been cut.
Labra drops Houle with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Houle looks back up at him and smiles so Labra waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Houle is rocked!
Houle misses with a takedown attempt - Labra sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Houle is still on wobbly legs! Can Labra finish him?

Labra lands with a shot to the body.
Houle gets tackled into the cage by Labra. Labra maintains the clinch.
Houle seems to have recovered his senses.
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Labra obliges.
Labra stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

Labra lands a hook to the side of the head.
Labra makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Labra.
A right handed body shot lands from Labra.
Labra utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body.
Labra is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.

Labra breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Houle shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Labra counters with a nice uppercut.

Labra lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Houle backs up against the cage.
Horrible takedown by Houle or perhaps it was just good defense by Labra which made him look bad.

and Labra counters with a nice right hand that sends Houle toppling to the canvas! Houle scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Labra finish him?!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Labra drops Houle with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Houle! Labra dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Berting Labra!
After the fight, Berting Labra was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
