Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 8 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, George Foreman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Marcus McBorin!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Cecil Peabody and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Foreman stuffs the takedown attempt from McBorin. McBorin gets slowly back to his feet.

McBorin shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. McBorin showed some decent athleticism there.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Foreman pushes McBorin off looking to stand but McBorin dives back in and keeps control.
McBorin is looking to take a break and control but Foreman is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Foreman wants to get back to his feet.
McBorin not doing much here.
Foreman keeps control of the position for the meantime.
McBorin throwing shots but Foreman is blocking nicely.
McBorin not doing much here.

That's one minute gone in the round.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Foreman cracks McBorin with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.


It looks like Marcus McBorin has been cut.
Foreman stalks McBorin and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into McBorin's face. McBorin staggers backwards, shaken.
Foreman lands a nice looking body shot.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
A punch lands to the side of McBorin 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Foreman throws a looping overhand right but McBorin ducks down to avoid it.
No luck for McBorin with that takedown attempt.
Foreman tries to close the distance and clinch but McBorin swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
McBorin dodges the punch combination from Foreman.

McBorin closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
McBorin postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Foreman manages to work his way to half guard, despite McBorin's best efforts.
Foreman wants to get back to his feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Foreman trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Foreman pushes McBorin off and gets back to his feet.
McBorin shoots in but Foreman avoids the takedown attempt easily.
George Foreman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marcus McBorin.
Foreman bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.


That has opened up Marcus McBorin's cut even more.
Foreman misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from McBorin.
Foreman throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Foreman gets caught flat footed, as McBorin shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Foreman is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
McBorin working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Foreman's head.
Foreman wants to stand and escape but McBorin is having none of it.
McBorin chips away with some ground and pound.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Foreman is looking to stand up but McBorin isn't so interested in that idea.
McBorin distracts Foreman with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McBorin slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Foreman working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from McBorin.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Foreman wants to stand up but McBorin is controlling him.
McBorin postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Foreman is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst McBorin is controlling him.
McBorin trying to control the position from guard on top but Foreman is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Foreman wants to stand but McBorin is controlling the position.
McBorin trying to control but Foreman is working from the bottom.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
McBorin sitting in guard, not really doing much.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Marcus McBorin hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Foreman bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of McBorin's head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Foreman drops McBorin with a beautiful combination! McBorin stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Foreman is looking for the KO!


McBorin is rocked!
Foreman ducks under a wild hook from McBorin.
McBorin is still on wobbly legs! Can Foreman finish him?
Foreman flashes McBorin a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. McBorin's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. McBorin crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Foreman punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). George Foreman!
After the big win, George Foreman made sure to do all the important stuff like thanking his sponsors Namunamu Clothing and telling the interviewer how much he loves him.
