Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Arshad Singh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Lobe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Singh comes to the cage accompanied by Check it out. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Brian Lobe was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Alexandre Firmino and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lobe misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Lobe has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Singh.
Singh closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Lobe moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Singh works over Lobe with some ground and pound from guard.
Lobe looking for a guillotine here but Singh defends easily.
Singh passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Singh cracks Lobe with an elbow. That is naaassty.

Lobe tries to bench press Singh off him but Singh keeps the position.

Singh stands up.
Lobe shoots for a double leg takedown but Singh sprawls well. He's pushed Lobe's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Singh moves in looking to clinch but Lobe pushes him off.
Singh throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Singh.
Lobe is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Singh scores with punches from side control.
The ground and pound from Singh seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Singh has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Lobe!

Singh postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Lobe looks a forlorn figure.
Singh breaks from Lobe's wrist control and lands an elbow.
Lobe is in a horrible position here. Singh smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Lobe takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Singh's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.

A determined Arshad Singh didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
