Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Koff shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Norte's guard.
Norte wants to sweep here but Koff controlling him for the moment.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Norte drops back looking for a leg! Koff is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Koff manages to kick Norte off! Norte jumps back into Koff's guard.
Norte wants to control from the top but Koff keeps moving.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Mike Koff showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Norte is trying to stick to Koff's back but Koff is turning into Norte. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Norte's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Koff.

Koff stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Norte throws up his legs and catches Koff in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Koff tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Norte! That came out of nowhere!
