The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chavez looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.

Hurt uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Chavez.
Chavez throws a leg kick which misses Hurt's front leg but catches the back leg as Hurt tries to avoid it.

Hurt throws a head kick but Chavez moves out of range.

Chavez feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Hurts jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Hurt misses with a left hand
and Chavez cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Hurt is rocked!
Chavez drives through and clinches with Hurt against the cage.

Chavez scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Hurt is still on wobbly legs! Can Chavez finish him?
Chavez pounces like a tiger and cracks Hurt with a vicious hook! Hurt is down but not out! Chavez follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
