Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Slim Shady!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Rivel Molen!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Paul Gruel and Jeff Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shady stuffs the takedown.
Molen misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Shady lands with a cross.
Shady scores with a three punch combo!
Molen fails with a takedown attempt.
Slim Shady has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rivel Molen.

Molen gets caught flat footed, as Shady shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Molen is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Shady lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Molen is still in real trouble! Can Shady finish him?

Shady is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Shady passes into half guard.

Molen is defending against the submission attempts here by Shady.

Shady is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Molen is just riding it out for now. Shady eventually gives up the hold.

Shady is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Molen sees it coming and defends easily.
Molen seems to have recovered his senses.
Molen wants to improve his position but Shady is controlling well.
Shady working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Shady wants to work for an arm triangle but Molen is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Shady moves into full mount! Molen won't be happy about that!
Molen is wriggling around trying to escape.

Shady looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Molen is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Shady stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.
Shady uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Molen has time to react.
Molen shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Shady pinned against the cage. Shady gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Slim Shady seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Shady feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Molens jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Molen fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Shady avoids it really well and circles away.
Shady drops Molen with a big left hand! Molen is injured, injured bad! Shady jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
