Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Juan Carlos Papadopolous (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chan Sung Jung (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chan Sung Jung is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Papadopolous blocks a jab.
Papadopolous looks for a takedown but Sung Jung sprawls well.
Papadopolous goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Papadopolous shoots in looking for a takedown. Sung Jung tries to sprawl out of it but Papadopolous keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Sung Jung manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Papadopolous will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Sung Jung manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Sung Jung has hold of Papadopolous's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Papadopolous manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Sung Jung is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Papadopolous has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

Papadopolous is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Papadopolous is defended easily by Sung Jung.
Sung Jung throws out a loose jab but Papadopolous uses good head movement to avoid it.
Papadopolous lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sung Jung circles away quickly and effectively.

Sung Jung wants to take Papadopolous's back here but Papadopolous is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.
Sung Jung is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Papadopolous is surviving well by controlling Sung Jung's body position as best he can.

Sung Jung has control of Papadopolous's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Papadopolous regains control of the situation pretty easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Sung Jung wants to finish this one by submission but Papadopolous is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Sung Jung.
Sung Jung jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Papadopolous manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Sung Jung is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Papadopolous is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
