Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mega Boes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leslie Morrow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mega Boes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Leslie Morrow!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Wesley Smith and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morrow with a lazy takedown attempt

and Boes counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Morrow seems keen to control Boes's posture.

Morrow looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Boes won't allow Morrow to sweep him here.

Morrow has his foot on Boes's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Boes works his way back into a safe position though.
Morrow is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Boes pushes Morrow off looking to stand but Morrow dives back in and keeps control.
Boes knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Morrow on the ground.

Morrow seems to be working for a kimura but Boes defends the submission attempt.

Morrow is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Boes defends it well.

Morrow thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Morrow not landing any meaningful shots this time.

Morrow is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Boes doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Morrow.

Morrow gets to his feet - back to striking we go!
Leslie Morrow seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Boes shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Morrow manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Morrow is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Boes is aware though and is defending well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.



Boes closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Morrow tries to improve position but can't.
Morrow gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Boes wants to stand up but Morrow is controlling the position.

Morrow looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Morrow wants to get back to full guard.
Morrow flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

Boes tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Morrow.
Morrow tries to roll over but Boes keeps him under control.
Morrow trying to hold on to Boes's head to control him but Boes postures up.
Boes wants to stand up but Morrow is controlling the position.
Morrow gets back to full guard.

Boes preventing the sweep.

Morrow is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Boes is aware though and is defending well.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Morrow can do anything to dispel that myth.

Boes got a little sloppy there for a moment and Morrow has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Boes has managed to get both his arms back between Morrow's legs - danger averted.
Morrow is breathing heavily.

Leslie Morrow has got the better of the ground game so far.
Boes trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Morrow bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Boes's guard.
Morrow is stalling in the full guard.
Morrow loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Morrow is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Morrow postures up in Boes's guard and throws a big left but Boes blocks it.

Morrow drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Morrow seems to have locked his on tight now - Boes screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Morrow, as he picks up the win!
