Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Shawn Spencer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tee Bone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bone has chosen Somebody's gonna get it as his entrance music. Tee Bone has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Leandro Rodrigues and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bone looks to land a combination but Spencer avoids it well.
Bone shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Spencer defends it nicely.
A swing and a miss from Spencer.
Spencer slips a jab and a cross from Bone.
Bone misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bone keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Spencer.

Spencer throws a right and a left that Bone avoids nicely.

Bone has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Spencer finds it's way round the side to connect with Bone's head.

Bone shoots for a takedown but Spencer saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Spencer is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

Spencer is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.

Bone closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

and Bone counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Bone.
Bone must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Bone distracts Spencer with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Bone wants to get up but he can't break Spencer's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Bone postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Spencer is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Bone, into his guard.

Spencer is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Spencer sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Bone's guard.

Spencer is working for a kimura but Bone is defending it quite comfortably.
Bone is trying to maintain the position but Spencer is very close to passing his half guard.

Bone throws his legs up looking for a submission but Spencer uses it to pass to side control.
Bone is not content to let Spencer control the position.
Spencer wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Bone, who protects the arm well.
Bone sneaks back into half guard.
Spencer is looking for a kimura here.

Spencer will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
This has been an exciting period of action!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Bone moves into full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Shawn Spencer dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Bone looks for a takedown but Spencer sprawls well.
Bone moves out of range of the strikes.
Spencer lands a body shot.
Bone shoots in for a takedown but Spencer shows good takedown defense.
No joy there for Spencer, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Bone walks into a jab.
Spencer lands with a hook. Bone tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Bone shoots in looking for a takedown. Spencer tries to sprawl out of it but Bone keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Spencer manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Shawn Spencer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tee Bone.
Spencer fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Spencer swings widly with a right hand
and Bone makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Spencer really felt that one!

Tee Bone is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Spencer looks to land a combination but Bone avoids it well.

and Bone counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Bone is keen to just control but Spencer is a slippery customer.
Spencer moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Spencer is on top in guard.

Spencer thuds his right hand into Bone's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Bone's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Spencer connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Bone scrambles back to his feet.

Bone looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.

Spencer is defending against the submission attempts here by Bone.
Spencer is trying to control but Bone passes into side control!
Spencer sneaks out the side door and pushes Bone away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

and Bone counters by moving into the clinch.
Bone prevents Spencer from breaking the clinch.
Bone has Spencer pressed against the cage, preventing Spencer from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Bone jumps guard and drags Spencer to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Bone is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Spencer defends well.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Spencer in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Bone tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Spencer!
