Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Stan Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diego Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Diaz's choice of entrance music: It's Good. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson thuds a left hand into Diaz's body.
Diaz moves out of range as Johnson throws a body kick.
Johnson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Diaz sprawls well. Diaz wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Johnson gets slowly back to his feet.
Diaz lands a nice looking kick to the body. Johnson takes a step back to recover.
Diaz is looking to slow Johnson down with leg kicks.
Diaz slaps away a takedown attempt from Johnson, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Johnson takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

It looks like Diego Diaz has been cut.

Johnson throws a nice head kick!
A head kick misses from Diaz.
Diaz thuds his shin into the meat of Johnson's side.
Johnson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Diaz manages to avoid it.
Diaz keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Johnson wants to slow Diaz down by chopping away at his legs.
Stan Johnson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Johnson swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Diaz lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Diaz connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Johnson misses with a two punch combination.
Diaz throws a push kick but Johnson slaps the foot to one side.
Johnson pushes Diaz away with a front kick.
Johnson throws a series of punches but Diaz moves out of range.
Diaz jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Johnson throws a sloppy head kick
and Diaz counters with a nice uppercut.
Horrible takedown by Johnson or perhaps it was just good defense by Diaz which made him look bad.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Stan Johnson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Johnson is breathing heavily.
The crowd cheers as Diaz lands an impressive looking overhand right. Johnson doesn't seem phased though.

Johnson is rocked!
Diaz throws an overhand right that drops Johnson like a sack of potatoes! Diaz dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!

A relieved looking Diego Diaz thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
