Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Peter Tic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Emelyanenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Alexander Emelyanenko! The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Igor Prikhodko and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tic misses with a takedown attempt - Emelyanenko sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Tic manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Emelyanenko on his heels. He'll look to pass Emelyanenko's guard now, I'm sure. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Tic postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Tic throwing strikes from guard but Emelyanenko blocks nicely. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tic pushes down on Emelyanenko's leg and manages to get into half guard. Emelyanenko looks like he's trying to stand up.
Tic has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Emelyanenko blocking the ground and pound attempt from Tic. Tic is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Tic not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tic throwing shots but Emelyanenko is blocking nicely. Tic working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Tic missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Tic seems to be working for a kimura but Emelyanenko defends the submission attempt. That's two minutes gone in the round. Tic lands a heavy elbow. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Tic cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

It looks like Alexander Emelyanenko has been cut. Tic will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Tic unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Emelyanenko wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Tic celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
