Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bartek Pietrzak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luke Tyson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Luke Tyson was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Bartek Pietrzak! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Luke Tyson! The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Daniel Bishop and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tyson swings away with a leg kick that misses. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Pietrzak, as that shot connected.
Pietrzak shoots in and drives through. Tyson sprawls well. Pietrzak checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Tyson misses with a low kick.
Pietrzak tries to close the distance and clinch up but Tyson swats him away and circles back towards the center. Pietrzak takes the fight into the clinch. Pietrzak is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Tyson pulls him back up using the underhooks. Pietrzak stalling against the cage.
Tyson misses with the head strike.
Tyson misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Pietrzak throws a punch but it's blocked by Tyson. A quick uppercut on the inside from Pietrzak. Pietrzak manages to break the clinch.
Tyson throws a head kick but Pietrzak moves out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pietrzak shoots in but no luck this time. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bartek Pietrzak. That's going to take a lot out of him. A big right from Pietrzak misses. Tyson gets cracked there but stands up to it.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Tyson tries a head kick but it misses.
Tyson drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Tyson throws a leg kick that is checked and Pietrzak counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Tyson misses with a wild body shot. Tyson throws a predictable looking body shot
and Pietrzak counters with a nice uppercut. Tyson takes a swing at Pietrzak's ribcage but misses. A swing and a miss from Tyson. Tyson moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Pietrzak wants to clinch but Tyson slips to the side and Tyson counters with a lovely shot to the body. Tyson tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Pietrzak is able to avoid easily. Tyson takes a swing at Pietrzak's ribcage but misses. Pietrzak wants to clinch up but Tyson keeps it at a distance.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A jab from Pietrzak does it's job there. Pietrzak shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Tyson defends it nicely. Pietrzak shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Tyson manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Tyson controls Pietrzak momentarily but Pietrzak frees himself. Pietrzak landing with the ground and pound. Pietrzak throws a big right hand that misses. Tyson has control of Pietrzak's left arm, preventing Pietrzak from doing any damage. Pietrzak throws a big elbow that misses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pietrzak pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Tyson is keeping the position for now. Pietrzak has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Tyson seems keen to control Pietrzak's posture. Tyson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Pietrzak. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Tyson wants to sweep here but Pietrzak controlling him for the moment. Pietrzak trying to control the position from guard on top but Tyson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Pietrzak in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Pietrzak trying to control but Tyson is working from the bottom. Pietrzak slips nicely into half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Bartek Pietrzak will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

A decent looking cross lands there for Pietrzak. Pietrzak pushes Tyson away with a front kick. Pietrzak thows a body shot but no joy. Tyson misses with a shot to the body letting Pietrzak counter with a right hand. Pietrzak cracks Tyson with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Tyson throws the left hand but Pietrzak avoids the punch easily. Tyson throws a nice inside leg kick. Pietrzak smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Pietrzak thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Tyson if he has to take too many more of those.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Pietrzak works Tyson's body with a nice hook. Tyson will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Tyson scores with a jab. Pietrzak acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Tyson closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Tyson thows a body shot but no joy. Tyson displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Pietrzak. Good standup being displayed there by Pietrzak as he connects with a hook. Pietrzak is trying hard to land a takedown here. Tyson sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Pietrzak steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Tyson. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Pietrzak scores with a head kick.

Tyson has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Pietrzak finds it's way round the side to connect with Tyson's head. Tyson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Luke Tyson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Tyson throws a leg kick and Pietrzak connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Pietrzak moves out of range of the body kick from Tyson.
Pietrzak connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Tyson's hands. Bartek Pietrzak is winning the standup battle so far. Tyson turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Nice shot by Pietrzak. Tyson misses with a leg kick.

Tyson tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Pietrzak was well out of range. Poor timing from Tyson. Pietrzak dives in and grabs Tyson's left leg, looking for a takedown. Tyson pushes down on Pietrzak's head and hops out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bartek Pietrzak. That's going to take a lot out of him. Pietrzak tries to clinch up and Tyson counters with a lovely shot to the body. Pietrzak gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Pietrzak moves in looking to clinch but Tyson pushes him off. Tyson looks to land a combination but Pietrzak avoids it well. Tyson swings for the body but Pietrzak moves out of range.

Pietrzak lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Pietrzak moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Bartek Pietrzak seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Tyson throws a leg kick but Pietrzak moved away. Pietrzak moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Tyson walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Tyson looks to score with a jab to the body but Pietrzak is just out of range. Pietrzak misses with a few strikes there.
Tyson throws a low kick but it's checked well by Pietrzak. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Nice straight punches there by Pietrzak. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Pietrzak. Pietrzak misses with a wild body shot. Tyson is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Pietrzak rather than just go for the knockout. Tyson throws a leg kick and Pietrzak counters with a straight right hand. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Pietrzak breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Pietrzak moves in looking to clinch but Tyson pushes him off. Pietrzak checks the leg kick. Pietrzak shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Pietrzak wants to free his trapped foot but Tyson is holding on for dear life with his legs. Tyson manages to get to full guard.

Pietrzak bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Pietrzak tries to advance to mount but Tyson denies him. Pietrzak wants to control but Tyson is keeping him busy. Pietrzak working the head with strikes. Pietrzak is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Tyson has escaped the position, nice work there. Pietrzak wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tyson keeps working. Pietrzak throws a strike aimed at the side of Tyson's head but Tyson avoids it well. Tyson gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
That's one minute gone in the round. Pietrzak lands a big elbow. Pietrzak is landing with some decent strikes but Tyson is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Pietrzak avoids the attempt from Tyson to control. Bartek Pietrzak overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Pietrzak looking to control but Tyson is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Pietrzak tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Pietrzak dominating with strikes here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tyson wants to control but Pietrzak is having none of it. Pietrzak unloading with bombs! We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Tyson can do anything to dispel that myth. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Pietrzak takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Pietrzak postures up and lands a whopping elbow - oh that's hurt Tyson bigstyle! Two more strikes land for Pietrzak and the fight is over!

Bartek Pietrzak spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
