Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Cody Duncan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kalle Raisi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Cody Duncan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kalle Raisi! The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Marco Blurström and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Duncan throws a right and a left that Raisi avoids nicely. Duncan swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Duncan swings widly with a right hand
and Duncan takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Sloppy strikes from Duncan. Those never looked like landing. Raisi keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Duncan throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Raisi closes the distance and clinches. Duncan keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Raisi's efforts to push away. A short body shot lands from Duncan as the two fighters clinch.
Raisi is trying to pull guard but Duncan turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Raisi tries to circle away but Duncan has him pinned against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Duncan. Raisi looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Raisi trying to stall but Duncan improves his position.
Duncan digs a right hand into Raisi's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Raisi's gas tank. Raisi jumps guard but Duncan stands there with Raisi around his waist. Raisi gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Raisi tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Cody Duncan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kalle Raisi. Duncan can't find room to land a body shot as Raisi controls the action.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Duncan takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Raisi misses with a short punch on the inside.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Duncan slows down the pace here.
Duncan lands with a left to the head. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Duncan. Raisi is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Duncan to keep the fight standing. Duncan scores with a hook to the body. Both fighters working to control the clinch. Raisi jumps guard but Duncan turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Duncan leaning against his opponent.

Raisi is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Duncan to keep the fight standing. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Raisi lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Duncan lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Raisi.

Raisi has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Duncan uses from the top position. Raisi working for a triangle but Duncan defends it easily.
Duncan stands and steps away. Raisi gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Raisi throws a poor cross that misses
and Duncan counters with a lovely shot to the body. Duncan throws a left and a right that both miss
and Raisi counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Duncan throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Duncan swings and misses with a hook to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Raisi throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Duncan throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Raisi stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Duncan swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Duncan misses with a wild body shot. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Duncan throws a combination that misses and Raisi counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Raisi is trying to work for a kimura but Duncan is defending well.
Raisi not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Raisi scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Raisi stops Duncan from getting back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Cody Duncan will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

and Raisi counters with a leg kick. Duncan slips a jab from Raisi. Cody Duncan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Duncan misses with a double jab
and Raisi counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Duncan throws a right and a left that both miss. Duncan misses with a double jab.
Duncan swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Raisi counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Raisi slips under a jab. Raisi throws a jab but it's blocked by Duncan. Duncan moves away from the strike by Raisi. Duncan lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Raisi backs up against the cage.
Cody Duncan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Duncan throws a combination that misses and Raisi counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Raisi is looking to control Duncan's arms but Duncan gets an underhook and turns him. Now Raisi has his back to the cage. Raisi manages to break the clinch.
Duncan swings for the body but Raisi moves out of range.
Duncan bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Duncan ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Raisi showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Duncan.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Duncan lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Duncan misses with a double jab
and Duncan takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. A swing and a miss from Duncan. Duncan throws an ugly left hook that misses
enabling Raisi to counter with a crisp jab. Raisi slips a jab and a cross from Duncan.
Duncan throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Raisi throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Duncan's waist but Duncan gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Raisi off to one side. Duncan falls off balance throwing a combination
enabling Raisi to counter with a crisp jab. Duncan misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Raisi.
Raisi tries to clinch but Duncan moves away letting Duncan counter with a right hand. The fighters circle momentarily. Duncan darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Duncan misses with a straight right. Duncan lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Raisi circles away quickly and effectively. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Cody Duncan dominated that second round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

and Raisi counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Cody Duncan is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Raisi looks to land a right hand but Duncan moved out of range. Raisi throws a hook but Duncan avoids it easily. Raisi is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Duncan throws a nice looking combination but Raisi bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Raisi shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Duncan napping and manages to drive through into side control! Duncan prevents Raisi from improving position. Duncan is looking for a sweep. Raisi lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Raisi tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Raisi has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Raisi tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
That's one minute gone in the round. Duncan is looking to regain half guard here but Raisi keeps moving and retains side control. Duncan might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Raisi thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Duncan is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Raisi has just dragged him back down to the mat. Raisi looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Raisi with the ground and pound but Duncan regains half guard under the barage of strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Duncan moves into full guard.
Raisi throws a strike but Duncan rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Duncan is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Raisi has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Duncan is looking to defend but Raisi has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Duncan! Raisi pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Duncan taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:43 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Kalle Raisi! A very excited looking Kalle Raisi rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
