Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lucifer Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dane Cook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones comes to the cage accompanied by Weapon of Choice. The crowd seem to be enjoying Cook's choice of entrance music: Lifeless by 12 Stones. Lucifer Jones has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
29 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lucifer Jones! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 2 - 2, fighting out of Montreal, Dane Cook! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Ian Loll and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cook throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Cook misses with a hook. Cook scores with a jab. Jones acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Cook cracks Jones with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Jones moves out of range as Cook throws a body kick.
Cook fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jones manages to avoid it. An inside leg kick lands from Jones. Cook tries to clinch but Jones is having none of it. Jones wants to slow Cook down by chopping away at his legs. Cook bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Jones's head backwards. Jones checks a leg kick nicely. Jones tests Cook's chin there with a solid looking shot. Dane Cook seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Cook misses with a left hand and Jones counters with a nice body kick.
Cook misses with an uppercut
and Jones counters with an inside leg kick. A head kick from Jones lands but Cook takes it in his stride. Jones ducks under a wild hook from Cook.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cook connects with a single shot there. Jones misses with a wild body shot. Jones swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Cook drives through and clinches with Jones against the cage.
Jones tries to land a knee to the head but Cook blocks with his arms.
Jones misses with some punches.
Jones lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Jones tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
The referee is keeping an eye on Cook - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Cook takes a shot to the head. Jones has a couple of punches blocked by Cook.
Jones prevents Cook from breaking the clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jones keeps control of Cook as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. A head punch blocked on the inside by Jones. Jones looking to stall.
Cook is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Jones misses with a hook from the clinch. Jones tries to throw a body punch but Cook avoids it by throwing Jones back against the cage. Jones will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Cook up against the cage. Jones prevents Cook from breaking the clinch. Cook blocks a body shot from Jones. Jones looking to slow down the pace here. The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jones tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Cook avoids it. Cook breaks the clinch.
Cook misses with an uppercut. Cook tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Cook takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Cook just misses with a punch to the body.
Jones uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Cook. The fight moves into the clinch position. Jones tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Jones swings wildly with an uppercut but Cook uses good head movement to avoid it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jones lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Jones lands with a right to the head. Cook misses with a hook from the clinch. A body shot lands from Jones.
Cook blocks an uppercut.
Jones keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Cook's efforts to push away. Cook lands a shoulder strike. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Jones misses with a body punch.
Cook breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. The crowd cheers as Cook lands an impressive looking overhand right. Jones doesn't seem phased though. Cook connects with an inside leg kick. Cook misses with a straight left. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Lucifer Jones will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Dane Cook seems to be getting the better of the standup. Cook keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A punch combination from Cook misses. Jones ducks under a wild hook from Cook. Cook connects with a crisp jab. Jones displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Cook throws out the jab. Jones ducks under a wild hook from Cook. Jones bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Jones's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Jones duly obliges. Cook takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Cook loads up on a big right hand but Jones slips the punch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cook throws a hook to the side of Jones's head but Jones sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Cook throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jones. Cook goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Cook throws a front kick that sends Jones stumbling back into the cage. Jones on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Cook ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jones moves away. Jones keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Cook throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Cook throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Sloppy strikes from Cook. Those never looked like landing. Jones throws a quick inside leg kick. Cook slips under a jab. Jones clinches.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cook is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Cook blocks a body shot from Jones. Jones with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Jones keeps control of Cook as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Cook is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Cook taking a breather. Jones connects with a nasty looking knee right to Cook's face.
Jones presses Cook against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Jones lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Cook or not. Jones misses with a body punch.
Cook prevents a body shot from Jones. Jones is pushing Cook up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Cook is trying to break the clinch but Jones has him pressed against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jones blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Cook pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Cook takes one on the button. Jones scores with a jab to the body. Cook misses with a straight right. Dane Cook is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. A slow jab from Cook misses its intended target. Jones ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Jones moves in looking to clinch but Cook pushes him off. Cook listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Jones tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Cook manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Jones fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Cook manages to avoid it. Cook takes the fight into the clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jones lands a right hand that snaps the head of Cook backwards. Cook breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Cook connects with a single shot there. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Cook takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Jones blocks a head kick by Cook.
Jones throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Cook's head. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Cook keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Jones. Jones ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Jones cracks the inside of Cook's front leg. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Lucifer Jones will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Jones lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Cook ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Cook throws a looping overhand right but Jones ducks down to avoid it. Cook feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Joness jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Cook pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Jones back to the cage. Cook follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. This has been an exciting period of action! Cook tries to clinch there but Jones circles away.

Cook tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Jones was well out of range. Poor timing from Cook. Jones lands a slapping body shot.
Cook misses with a series of wild punches.
Jones connects with a good right hand that stumbles Cook. Cook circles away out of range and recomposes himself. A jab lands there for Cook. Cook throws a big shot that misses. Cook takes a swing at Jones's ribcage but misses. Jones lands with a right hand.
Cook is rocked! Jones cracks Cook with a hook to the temple - Cook is on wobbly legs here! Jones swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Cook falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Jones wins by TKO!
