Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between fedor santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Webb (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, James Webb! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Webb drives through with a takedown into guard. Webb slips nicely into half guard. Webb seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Webb is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. santos trying to get back to full guard but Webb takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount! Webb working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. santos working to try and regain half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. santos is bucking up trying to escape but Webb cracks him with another couple of good strikes. santos working to try and regain half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. santos has given up his back, trying to stand up. Not clever. Webb has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. santos tries to escape the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. santos turns into Webb and is now in his guard.
santos could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Webb is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Webb is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. santos wants to stand but Webb has a closed guard, so he can't escape. santos stands and steps away. Webb gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. santos tries for a takedown but Webb circles away easily and Webb counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Webb. santos is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. santos wants to stand up but Webb is controlling him. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
James Webb dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Webb scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. santos tries to get back to half guard but can't. Webb is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. santos knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Webb tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Webb has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Webb is breathing heavily. santos wants to get back to his feet.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Webb showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from santos.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Webb shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. santos working to try and regain half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. santos tries to land a sweep but no joy. Webb looking to pass the guard. santos is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Webb stands and throws santos's legs to the side, diving into side control. Webb tries to advance to mount but santos denies him. Webb tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. santos gets back to half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Webb closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Webb lands in his opponent's guard. santos isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Webb stacks santos on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Webb! The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Webb. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man. santos is trying to improve his position. santos tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops. santos is trying to break free.

He'll be looking to tighten that up but santos can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Webb takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. santos trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. santos wanted to stand there but Webb had control of the position. Webb bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in santos's guard. Webb looking to pass the guard. Webb is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. santos throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

Webb eventually gives up the hold. Webb is looking to advance position but santos won't allow it. santos looking for submissions from an awkward position here. That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. santos tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Webb has advanced to mount. Uh oh. santos keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

And that's the end of the fight! James Webb comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Webb has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
