Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lee Bandit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bill Nye (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Roosa Järviläinen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nye has closed the distance and engaged Bandit in a clinch.
Bandit is trying to force a seperation but Nye has the dominant position.
Nye gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Nye working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Bandit looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Bandit misses with a punch on the inside.
Bandit throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Nye blocks it with crossed arms.
Bandit tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Nye gets control of Bandit's arms and successfully pulls guard. Nye will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Nye jumps guard and drags Bandit to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Lee Bandit.
Well Nye has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
