Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Katsu Higashikuni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Renato Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gracie has chosen Bring Da Ruckus as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Hirohito Nitta and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Higashikuni feints a jab promting Gracie to slip. Higashikuni then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Gracie slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Gracie takes one on the button.
A bone on bone clash there as Higashikuni blocks the leg kick.
Gracie takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Higashikuni shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Gracie as he avoids it easily.
