The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Greenleaf throws a front kick aimed at Assun's knee but Assun avoids it well.
Greenleaf misses with an uppercut. Assun saw that one coming.
Greenleaf misses with a body shot.
Assun throws a head kick but Greenleaf moves out of range.
Assun tries a head kick but it misses.
Assun swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Greenleaf throws the kick towards the body but Assun avoids it.
Assun connects with a leg kick. Greenleaf looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Assun connects with a good right hand that stumbles Greenleaf. Greenleaf circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
It looks like Frank Greenleaf has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Assun scores with a head kick.
Assun fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Greenleaf checks it well.
Assun throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Assun dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Greenleaf looks winded!
Assun lands a big uppercut and Greenleaf crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Greenleaf looks OK. Assun waves Greenleaf back to his feet!
That has opened up Frank Greenleaf's cut even more.
Greenleaf scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Assun tries to improve position but can't.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Greenleaf tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Greenleaf has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Assun looking for a sweep but Greenleaf has passed into full mount! Oh no!

Greenleaf has hold of an arm here, looking to extend it. He's committed to the armbar attempt here! Will he get it?! Yes! Assun is forced to tap!
