The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ritch throws a head kick that misses. Danga de danga de dang - Ritch scores with a four punch combination!
It looks like Dave Dickinson has been cut. Dickinson ducks under a wild hook from Ritch. Dickinson gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Dickinson with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Ritch to score with a decent uppercut. Ollie Ritch seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ritch lands a slapping body shot.

That's going to take a lot out of Dave Dickinson. Ritch feints a jab promting Dickinson to slip. Ritch then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Dickinson tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Ritch is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. That's nine minutes gone in the round. Ritch tries to lock up and control but Dickinson gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Dave Dickinson has got the better of the ground game so far. Ritch is working to get back to half guard.
Dave Dickinson has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Dickinson throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Ritch because Dickinson loaded up on that one. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Dickinson controlling the pace for now.
