Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sadaharu Tanikawa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Mctanned (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Paul Mctanned!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Chad Campbell and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tanikawa manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Mctanned on his heels. He'll look to pass Mctanned's guard now, I'm sure.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Mctanned not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Tanikawa accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Let's hope that Mctanned has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Mctanned closes the distance and clinches up with Tanikawa, looking for a takedown. Mctanned pushes Tanikawa against the cage but Tanikawa circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Tanikawa dives in and grabs Mctanned's left leg, looking for a takedown. Mctanned pushes down on Tanikawa's head and hops out.

Mctanned takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

That has opened up Paul Mctanned's cut even more.

Paul Mctanned's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Paul Mctanned's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
