Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Chris Saunders and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kekua tries to clinch but Sorbo is having none of it.
Sorbo misses with a two punch combination.

and Kekua finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Kekua closes the distance and pushes Sorbo back into the cage.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Sorbo misses with a low kick.
No joy there for Kekua, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Sorbo avoids the head kick by Kekua.
Kekua shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Kekua was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Kekua is breathing heavily.
Sorbo is trying desperately to improve position.
You get the feeling that Sorbo really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Sorbo wants to hold on but Kekua pushes him away.
Kekua sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Kekua has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Kekua thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Kekua gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

Sorbo closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Sorbo wants the takedown. Kekua is fighting it off but Sorbo persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Kekua's guard against the cage.

Kekua throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Kekua working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Sorbo doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Sorbo manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kekua is on top in guard.

Kekua gets to his feet. Sorbo looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Kekua tries to clinch but Sorbo moves out of range.
Justin Kekua is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Sorbo closes the distance and clinches up with Kekua, looking for a takedown. Sorbo pushes Kekua against the cage but Kekua circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
No luck for Kekua with that takedown attempt.
Kekua shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Kekua was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Sorbo is looking to improve his position but Kekua isn't that keen on the idea.

Justin Kekua overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Kekua thows a huge punch but Sorbo dodges it nicely.

Kekua is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Sorbo sees it coming and defends easily.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Kekua decides to stand up, so the ref orders Sorbo to his feet.

Sorbo throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kekua's waist but Kekua gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sorbo off to one side.
Kekua shoots in for a double leg but Sorbo sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Kekua lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Sorbo!

I would just about give that final round to Kaleb Sorbo.
Well Kekua has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
