Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Blue Belt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Swano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Blue Belt!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Dan Swano!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Donald Grub and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Belt ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Belt gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Swano counters with a right hand to the body.
Swano lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Belt circles away quickly and effectively.
Swano scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Swano throws a looping overhand right but Belt ducks down to avoid it.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Swano bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Swano wants to lay and pray for a moment but Belt keeps working.
Swano lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Belt down.
Belt is trying to control Swano's posture but Swano avoids it.
Belt manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
Belt wants to pass to mount but Swano is defending the position.
Belt looks to land a strike but Swano avoids it nicely and regains full guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Swano pulls Belt in close to prevent any damage.
Swano keeping full guard, as Belt tries to pass.
Swano wants to improve his position but instead Belt has moved into half guard.
Nice strikes from Belt there.
Swano really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Belt. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Belt looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Belt missing with the ground and pound from half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Belt is working for a kimura but Swano is defending it quite comfortably.
Swano is not content to let Belt control the position.
Belt looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Belt landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.

Belt is working for a kimura but Swano is defending it quite comfortably.

Belt is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Belt is trying to work for a kimura but Swano is defending well.
Swano makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Swano.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Belt landing some decent shots from guard.
Swano manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Belt manages to get himself to full guard.
Swano in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Belt keeping moving, preventing Swano from controlling successfully.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Belt has an active guard here but Swano has managed to pass into half guard.

Belt looking for submissions off his back.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dan Swano dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Belt doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Swano counters with a crisp right hand that drops Belt! Swano lets Belt back up to his feet, looking for a finish!


Belt is rocked!


It looks like Blue Belt has been cut.
Dan Swano seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Swano scores with a leg kick.
Oh Belt is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Swano has managed to clinch.
Swano has Belt pressed against the cage. He pushes Belt back and as he springs towards him off the cage, Swano throws a beautiful elbow that sends Belt crashing to the floor! Swano piles on the pressure with more strikes! Belt is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:19 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dan Swano!
After winning the bout, Dan Swano thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
