Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Elijah Ursal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Todd Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Elijah Ursal! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Todd Brown! The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Josh West and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brown rushes Ursal and presses him up against the cage. Brown lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Ursal. Ursal tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Brown smiles and moves away.
Brown closes the distance and clinches. Ursal gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Brown regains guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Ursal in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Ursal drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Ursal jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Brown really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ursal. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Ursal trying to control the position from guard on top but Brown is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Ursal is in close to Brown's body, working some short punches and elbows.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brown is controlling Ursal's posture. Brown wants to sweep but no luck.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Ursal finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Brown is looking to clinch. Brown lands with a hook. Ursal tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Todd Brown is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Brown is looking to clinch but Ursal is avoiding it.
Ursal avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Ursal darts in and clinches Brown up against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ursal drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Brown gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Brown lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Ursal is breathing heavily. Ursal fails to pull guard.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Elijah Ursal. That's going to take a lot out of him. Brown lands a shot to the body. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Brown breaks the clinch.
The fight stays on the outside here - Brown looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Brown connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Brown tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Ursal manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Brown moves into the clinch successfully.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ursal avoiding damage as Brown throws knees to the body.

Brown receives a warning from the referee for stalling. A left hand lands to the body for Brown.
Brown wants to get back to striking at distance but Ursal won't allow it.
Brown is working Ursal over against the cage. A short body shot lands from Brown as the two fighters clinch.
Brown is trying to break the clinch but Ursal has him pressed against the cage. Brown taking a breather. Ursal looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Brown lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Brown tries to land knees in the clinch but Ursal avoids the damage to the body. Brown wants to get back to striking at distance but Ursal won't allow it.

Brown pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. No luck for Ursal with that takedown attempt. Brown tries to clinch up but Ursal circles away and keeps his distance. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Brown moves into the clinch. Brown breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Todd Brown dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Brown wants to clinch up but Ursal keeps it at a distance. Ursal fails with a takedown attempt. Brown fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Ursal, pushing him back against the cage. Ursal wants a takedown.
Nice body punch from Brown. The referee calls for Brown to work.
Brown is trying to break the clinch but Ursal has him pressed against the cage. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Brown tries to circle away but Ursal has him pinned against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brown digs a right hand underneath Ursal's ribcage. Ursal let out a lung full of air as it connected. Brown stalls. Brown breaks from the clinch.
Brown drops Ursal with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Ursal looks back up at him and smiles so Brown waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
It looks like Elijah Ursal has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Brown moves into the clinch successfully.
Brown breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Brown lands an uppercut, right on the button! Ursal tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:53 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Todd Brown!
