Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ricardo Alvarez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Fritzjimmins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alvarez comes to the cage accompanied by Daddy Yankee - Gasolina. Fritzjimmins has chosen FUNKY TOWN! as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Jim Fritzjimmins was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Chris Downing and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alvarez is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Fritzjimmins's half guard.
Alvarez is nestled in close to Fritzjimmins, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Alvarez winds up and cracks Fritzjimmins with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Fritzjimmins is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Alvarez's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Alvarez's back!
Fritzjimmins controls the action.
Alvarez tries to escape the position.
Alvarez is keeping busy.
Fritzjimmins is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Fritzjimmins has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Alvarez is defending well but eventually Fritzjimmins manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Alvarez has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
