Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark McDonald (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chil Pal Gu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McDonald comes into the arena with No Apologies blaring out of the sound system. Chil Pal Gu will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Chil Pal Gu!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Shirou Masuda and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDonald tries to close the distance and clinch but Gu swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
McDonald dodges the punch combination from Gu.
Gu lands an overhand right.
Gu fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Gu cracks McDonald with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
A left and a right from Gu both land. Nice combination.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Gu is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by McDonald.
McDonald fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Gu lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nice sprawl there from Gu as McDonald shoots in.
Gu scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Gu throws a low kick but McDonald moves out of range easily.
McDonald drops his hands momentarily and Gu takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
McDonald is rocked!
Gu throws a solid leg kick but McDonald takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Gu.
Chil Pal Gu is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
McDonald fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mark McDonald. That's going to take a lot out of him.
and Gu counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts McDonald! He's just covering up as Gu starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
