Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Power Ranger Silver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jay Garrick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silver comes into the arena with Dont Stay- Linkin Park blaring out of the sound system. Jay Garrick is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, John Mangel and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silver throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Garrick's head.
Silver throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Garrick fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Silver defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Garrick.
Garrick throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Silver's waist but Silver gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Garrick off to one side.
Power Ranger Silver has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jay Garrick.
Silver misses with a head kick.
Silver throws a head kick but Garrick moves out of range.
Silver defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Garrick.
Garrick gets a takedown into half guard.
Garrick is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Silver is just riding it out for now. Garrick eventually gives up the hold.
Garrick is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Garrick thows a huge punch but Silver dodges it nicely.
Garrick is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Silver sees it coming and defends easily.

Silver on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Silver tries to get out of the position.

Silver wants to get back to his feet.
Garrick is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Silver defends it well.
Garrick is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Silver has managed to free his arm - good work.
Garrick thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Silver's head.
Garrick is working for a submission of some sort.
Garrick is trying for a kimura here. Silver looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Garrick wins by kimura!
