Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Brock Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gray Maynard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Lee might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Bully from Shinedown. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Donatello Bradman and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee misses with a hook.
Brock Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lee misses with a wild combination.
Lee wants to clinch but Maynard slips to the side
and Maynard counters with a nice double leg into guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Lee pushes Maynard off and scrambles back to his feet.
Lee tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Maynard drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Lee moves in looking to clinch but Maynard pushes him off.

Lee wants to stand up but Maynard is controlling him.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Maynard throws an elbow that misses. Lee uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Maynard's guard. Nice move by Lee!
Maynard is pulling down on Lee's head to control his posture.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Maynard has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Lee is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Maynard.
Maynard avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Lee.

Lee tries to close the distance and clinch but Maynard swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Lee shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Lee was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Maynard tries to lock up and control but Lee gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Maynard is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Lee is staying active.

Maynard is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Lee pulls his head out easily.

Lee had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Maynard defends it easily.
Maynard is looking to pass into half guard but Lee pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Lee is in guard.
Maynard is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Lee is aware though and is defending well.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Maynard has his foot on Lee's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Lee works his way back into a safe position though.

Lee wants to stand but Maynard is controlling his posture from full guard.
Maynard is looking to sinch up a triangle. Lee throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Maynard's body to avoid the submission. Maynard has instead reached around Lee's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Maynard arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
