Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Eric Cartman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aleks Alyenova (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Alyenova's choice of entrance music: Eric Prydz - Call On Me. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Chad Campbell and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alyenova tries to keep at a distance but Cartman has taken the fight into the clinch.
Cartman breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Cartman closes the distance and clinches.
Alyenova is trying to break free.
Cartman pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Alyenova misses the jab.
Cartman throws a head kick but Alyenova moves out of range.
Eric Cartman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cartman shoots in looking for a takedown. Alyenova tries to sprawl out of it but Cartman keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Alyenova manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Alyenova moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Cartman shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Alyenova defends it nicely.
Cartman shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Cartman has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Cartman closes the distance and clinches up with Alyenova, looking for a takedown. Cartman pushes Alyenova against the cage but Alyenova circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Alyenova scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
A big right from Alyenova misses.
Alyenova missing with a left hand there. Cartman was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Cartman is defended easily by Alyenova.
Cartman fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Alyenova sprawls well initially but Cartman persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Cartman is breathing heavily.
Alyenova is concentrating on defense, preventing Cartman from advancing position.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Alyenova is looking for a sweep. Cartman is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Alyenova wants to control but Cartman is keeping busy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Alyenova works his way to full guard. Good work.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Alyenova is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Aleks Alyenova.
Alyenova throws a big shot that misses.
Cartman gets a clinch.
Cartman tightens his grip and picks Alyenova up, before dumping him to the ground. Alyenova manages to land in guard.

Alyenova bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Cartman's guard.
Cartman looking for a sweep. Not yet Cartman, not yet.
Alyenova thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cartman looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Alyenova wants to control from the top but Cartman keeps moving.
Alyenova is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Eric Cartman will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Alyenova connects with a crisp jab.
Eric Cartman is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Cartman throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Alyenova.
Alyenova displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Cartman.
Cartman shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Alyenova defends it nicely.
Cartman takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Alyenova lands a body shot.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cartman walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Cartman is looking to clinch.
Alyenova connects with the punch.
Alyenova lands a left and a right that send Cartman crashing to the mat, dazed. Alyenova thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Cartman is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Cartman leaves his chin hanging out and Alyenova seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Cartman crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
