Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Russell Pearce and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Katarn checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Silva blocks a leg kick.
Silva lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
The fighters circle momentarily. Silva darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Katarn fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Silva manages to avoid it.
Katarn misses with a wild combination.
Katarn ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Silva moves away.
Katarn rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Silva counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
A lazy left from Silva finds it's target.
Katarn misses with a wild body shot.
Katarn keeps the fight on the outside.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Silva tries to keep at a distance but Katarn has taken the fight into the clinch.
Katarn misses with a hook to the ribs.
Silva is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Katarn to keep the fight standing.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Katarn.
Katarn stalling.
Katarn misses with some punches.
Silva is trying to push Katarn away but Katarn has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Katarn lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Silva prevents a body shot from Katarn.
Katarn working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Silva fails to pull guard.
Silva jumps guard and drags Katarn to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Katarn trying to stand up but can't free himself from Silva's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Silva working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Katarn doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Silva is tightening it up a little... Katarn has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Katarn reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Katarn taps out! Nice BJJ there by Silva!
