Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Takeshi Yuudai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricky Ponting (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Hugh Johnson and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ponting connects with a good right hand that stumbles Yuudai. Yuudai circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Yuudai throws a nice inside leg kick.
Yuudai uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ponting.
Ponting looking to score a takedown here. Yuudai is defending well but Ponting drives through and ends up in Yuudai's guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Ponting stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Yuudai swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Ponting must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Yuudai cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Ponting wants to control but Yuudai is having none of it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Takeshi Yuudai dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
