It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Vladimirov here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Dick Niaz's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

Vladimirov throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Niaz stumbling backwards into the cage! Niaz bounces back off the cage towards Vladimirov, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Vladimirov lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Vladimirov celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

A very excited looking Fedor Vladimirov made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
