Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
17 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Better Muller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
21 - 16 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jack Withrow!
The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Withrow throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Withrow slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Withrow plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Muller misses with a two punch combination.
Withrow slips a jab and a cross from Muller.
Withrow wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
A jab from Muller misses.
Muller throws a leg kick but Withrow sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Muller swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Withrow counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Muller lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Withrow backs up against the cage.
Withrow misses with a wild combination.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Withrow.
Muller is breathing heavily.
Muller misses with a double jab.
Muller misses with an uppercut
and Withrow counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Withrow throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Muller stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Withrow lands a head shot.
Muller dodges the punch combination from Withrow.
Withrow lands a body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Withrow throws a shot to the body.
Withrow tries a head kick but it misses.
Jack Withrow is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Muller avoids the head kick by Withrow.
Withrow throws a sloppy head kick and Muller moves out of range easily.
Withrow lands with a cross.
Withrow is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Muller rather than just go for the knockout.
Withrow lands a big head kick that sends Muller tumbling to the mat! Withrow takes a step backwards and waves Muller back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Muller is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Withrow lands a jab and follows it up with a massive straight that knocks Muller out cold! Muller is crumpled in the corner, his head only propped up by the cage! That's one for the organiziational promos right there! Wow, what a finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Jack Withrow!
A relieved looking Jack Withrow thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
