Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Noah Crawford (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Curly Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Noah Crawford! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Curly Smith! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Daniel Franklin and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! That kick from Smith tenderised Crawford's leg. Crawford is trying to keep his angry face on. Crawford misses with a kick to the body.
Crawford misses with a body kick. Smith throws out a loose jab but Crawford uses good head movement to avoid it. Smith lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Crawford avoids the body shot from Smith.
Crawford tries to clinch but Smith is having none of it. Crawford shoots in for a takedown but Smith shows good takedown defense. Crawford blocks a jab. This has been an exciting period of action! Crawford chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Smith can pounce on him.
Crawford shoots in and bounces Smith off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Crawford is breathing heavily. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Crawford slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Smith utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Crawford missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Crawford advances position into side control! Smith on the wrong end of some ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sloppy strikes there by Crawford. Crawford tries to move into full mount but can't pass Smith's legs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Crawford decides to stand up, so the ref orders Smith to his feet. Smith dodges the punch combination from Crawford.
Smith throws a combination that misses and Crawford counters with a nice double leg into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Crawford drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Crawford jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Crawford postures up.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Crawford tries to free his leg and advance position but Smith is retaining full guard. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Smith is looking to sweep but instead, Crawford has passed into half guard.
Smith wants to get back to full guard but Crawford has mounted him! Crawford looking to control and managing it successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Crawford lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Crawford has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Crawford throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Smith because Crawford loaded up on that one. Crawford working for a guillotine from mount but Smith is in no mood to give up. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Smith tries to hold on but Crawford postures up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Noah Crawford dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
A swing and a miss from Smith. Smith scores with a decent looking hook. Smith misses with a hook. Smith throws a shot from downtown. Crawford moves away and avoids it. Crawford shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Smith takes one to the side of the head.
Smith throws a chopping leg kick but Crawford manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Crawford tries to bum rush Smith with a series of wild strikes but Smith uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Smith misses with a leg kick and Crawford counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Crawford will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Smith up against the cage. Crawford escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Crawford shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Smith as he jumps to the side. Smith connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Crawford's hands.
That's one minute gone in the round. Smith fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Crawford out cold! Brutal finish!
