The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walker defends well against a solid takedown attempt from King Gold.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Walker looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks King Gold with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Walker lands a big elbow - King Gold is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Walker!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Greg Walker!
A less than humble Greg Walker misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
