Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Arthur Pratt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dredrick Mumbasser (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Arthur Pratt!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dredrick Mumbasser!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Stewart Dunkirk and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pratt shoots in and drives through. Mumbasser sprawls well.
Pratt shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Mumbasser sprawls well. Mumbasser wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Pratt gets slowly back to his feet.
Mumbasser fails with a takedown attempt.
Mumbasser shoots in for a takedown but Pratt shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Pratt rushes Mumbasser and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Mumbasser is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Pratt gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Arthur Pratt has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dredrick Mumbasser.

Mumbasser ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Mumbasser no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Pratt is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Mumbasser is aware though and is defending well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Mumbasser postures up in Pratt's guard and throws a big left but Pratt blocks it.

Mumbasser stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Pratt swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Mumbasser controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Dredrick Mumbasser was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Mumbasser changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Pratt tries to avoid it but Mumbasser manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Pratt to the ground. Pratt escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Pratt throws a head kick that misses

and Mumbasser counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Mumbasser lands an elbow inside.
Pratt is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Mumbasser to keep the fight standing.

Mumbasser breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Mumbasser rushes Pratt and presses him up against the cage.
Mumbasser wants a takedown.

Mumbasser breaks the clinch.
Pratt changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mumbasser tries to avoid it but Pratt manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mumbasser to the ground. Mumbasser escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Mumbasser misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Mumbasser has closed the distance and engaged Pratt in a clinch.
Mumbasser should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Pratt wants the takedown. Mumbasser is fighting it off but Pratt persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Mumbasser's guard against the cage.
Pratt is breathing heavily.
This has been an exciting period of action!
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Mumbasser is on top in guard.
Mumbasser slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Mumbasser is looking to take a break and control but Pratt is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Pratt is letting Mumbasser control him for a moment.

We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Mumbasser has eaten all the pies!
Pratt wants a takedown but no success here.
Pratt fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Mumbasser jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Pratt walks away with a smile on his face. Mumbasser gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Pratt tries to clinch up but Mumbasser circles away and keeps his distance.

and Pratt counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Mumbasser is not content to let Pratt control the position.
Pratt will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Mumbasser keeping hold of Pratt's head, controlling as best he can.

Mumbasser wants to improve his position but Pratt is controlling well.
Pratt slips a nice elbow through Mumbasser's hands, connecting with Mumbasser's forehead.

Pratt is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Mumbasser defends it well.
Arthur Pratt overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Pratt wants to stand but Mumbasser has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Pratt wants to stand and escape but instead Mumbasser has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Pratt not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Pratt shoots in for a takedown but Mumbasser shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Mumbasser shoots for a takedown but Pratt saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Pratt tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Mumbasser just stands there and leans against the cage.
Mumbasser is trying to drag Pratt to the mat but Pratt just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Mumbasser scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Pratt displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Mumbasser.

Mumbasser has taken the fight to the clinch.

Mumbasser pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Pratt closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Mumbasser to the mat! Mumbasser manages to get full guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Mumbasser wants to sweep here but Pratt controlling him for the moment.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Mumbasser striking off his back but it's not causing Pratt any problems.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but Dredrick Mumbasser will probably get the nod - 10:9.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Pratt is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Mumbasser unloads with some shots from mount but Pratt bucks and avoids them well.
Mumbasser controlling the position easily from mount.
Pratt wants to control but Mumbasser is having none of it.

Mumbasser sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Pratt has given up his back here.
Mumbasser throwing lazy shots from the back mount that aren't doing any damage.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Even with his hooks in, Mumbasser manages to miss with strikes from the back.
Arthur Pratt has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Dredrick Mumbasser is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

I would just about give that final round to Dredrick Mumbasser.
