Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Saint (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phillip Dunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Johnny Saint! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Phillip Dunn! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Phil Schofield and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Saint shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Dunn as he jumps to the side. Dunn misses with a two punch combination.
Dunn scores with a crisp jab that stopped Saint in his tracks. Dunn throws a right hand that Saint ducks under and follows up with a left that Saint also avoids with ease. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Dunn keeping moving, preventing Saint from controlling successfully. Dunn is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Saint drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Dunn manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Saint has Dunn in his guard. Dunn wanted to stand there but Saint had control of the position. Dunn advances to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dunn tries to stand but his arm is trapped. Dunn looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Saint makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Saint. Dunn pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Saint is keeping the position for now. Dunn throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Dunn trying to control but Saint is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dunn is looking to stand up but Saint won't let him. Dunn stands up and waves to Saint to follow him. Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Dunn!
It looks like Johnny Saint has been cut. Saint closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Saint keeps control of Dunn as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Dunn is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Saint is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Dunn gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Johnny Saint. That's going to take a lot out of him. Saint is working for takedown but Dunn is calmly controlling the position for now. Saint tries to score a body lock takedown but Dunn shows good agility there to stay on his feet. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Saint has Dunn pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Dunn manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Dunn digs a right hand underneath Saint's ribcage. Saint let out a lung full of air as it connected. Saint goes for a takedown attempt but Dunn pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Phillip Dunn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dunn shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Saint sprawls well. Saint wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Dunn gets slowly back to his feet. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Dunn scores with a jab to the jaw. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Dunn closes the distance and lands a one-two. Oh Saint is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Left hook, right uppercut from Dunn. Sloppy strikes from Dunn. Those never looked like landing. Dunn lands a nice shot that snaps Saint's head back.

Dunn drops Saint with a beautiful combination! Saint stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Dunn is looking for the KO! Dunn is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dunn shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Saint eats them both and turns towards Dunn to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dunn connects with a right hand. Saint shakes it off. Dunn fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Saint seems to have got his legs back now. Dunn connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Saint dives in and grabs Dunn's left leg, looking for a takedown. Dunn pushes down on Saint's head and hops out. Dunn lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Saint closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Saint trying to control the action but Dunn is working from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Phillip Dunn showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Johnny Saint's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Johnny Saint is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Dunn lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Saint circles away quickly and effectively. Dunn misses with a wild combination.
Saint leaves Dunn with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Phillip Dunn seems to be getting the better of the standup. Dunn tries to bum rush Saint with a series of wild strikes but Saint uses good footwork to avoid the assault. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Saint is looking to clinch. Dunn throws a right hand that Saint ducks under and follows up with a left that Saint also avoids with ease. Dunn takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Saint decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Saint looks to score some points with some ground and pound.

Saint not landing any meaningful shots this time. Saint not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Saint is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Dunn has managed to free his arm - good work. Saint is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Dunn doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Saint.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Saint misses with a head shot. Dunn uses the momentum to regain guard. Saint throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Dunn works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Phillip Dunn is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Dunn is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Saint drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Dunn manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Saint has Dunn in his guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dunn has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Saint is proving hard to escape from. Dunn thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
And that's the end of the fight! Johnny Saint showed his dominance in that final round. I think Dunn has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
