And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 11 - 0, fighting out of London, Sekhmakh Mubarak!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Phil Schofield and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Del Rio shoots for a double leg takedown but Mubarak sprawls well. He's pushed Del Rio's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Del Rio waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Mubarak.
Del Rio shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Mubarak fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Mubarak.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Mubarak is defended easily by Del Rio.
Alberto Del Rio has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sekhmakh Mubarak.
Del Rio is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Mubarak avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Mubarak tries for a takedown but Del Rio circles away easily

and Del Rio counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Mubarak!
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Del Rio looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Del Rio lands a nice shot to the head.

Del Rio throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Mubarak tries to hold on but Del Rio postures up.
Del Rio unloads with some shots from mount but Mubarak bucks and avoids them well.
Del Rio lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Del Rio has isolated one of Mubarak's arms. Mubarak looking to fight him off but Del Rio twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
